This is the tentative itinerary for the Gilliam-Hill Father’s Day Weekend. Keep in mind itineraries are subject to change.
Bring your own RV (boondocking) or set up your tent on ‘Big Ma’ farm. All families and friends are welcome.
Friday’s
Arrival and Set-up day: choose your spot and set up your area for the weekend.
Movie Night : 9:00 pm
Saturday’s
Exercise-Walk trails 7:30 am
Games for children and adult : 12:30pm Have fun and play a few games
Family Pictures: 3:00 pm This is an opportunity to take pictures with the family members you have just met.
Enjoy a meal with your family : 4:30 pm -6:00pm
Dancing in the street with DJ Small Dawge and Wone’G: 8:00pm -12:00pm
Sunday’s
Spiritual service -11:00am Worship Service with Speaker Weldon Bond
Raffle Ticket Drawing-1:00pm Find out if you have won the grand prize. Remember this raffle supports the improvements to the land.
NOTE: This is a beautiful land and we want to keep it that way. Remember to leave your area the same way you found it. Those who do not do so will be charged a $50.00 cleaning fee, which will be donated to the fundraiser for the land improvements.
